Does the viewer extract file contents?
No. Only the archive structure and metadata are read. File data is not decompressed, which keeps inspection fast, private, and safe.
What metadata can I see?
Each entry shows compressed and uncompressed size, compression ratio, method, CRC-32, modified timestamp, and whether it is encrypted or uses ZIP64.
Can I inspect a huge archive?
Yes. Metadata-only parsing scales to hundreds of thousands of entries, and the UI paginates very large listings to stay responsive.
Is my archive uploaded when viewing?
No. The ZIP is parsed entirely in your browser.
What do I do if an archive fails to parse?
The viewer reports a friendly error if the archive is corrupted or incomplete. Technical details are available behind a toggle if you need them.
